Rang Sitaray – Referral Program Policy

We are excited to launch our Referral Program where you can earn 10% commission on every successful order you refer. This is our way of rewarding your loyalty and encouraging you to grow with us. Below are the terms and conditions you must agree to in order to participate.

Commission Structure

  • You will receive 10% commission on the total value of each successfully delivered order.

  • Only delivered orders qualify for commission. Orders that are returned or refunded will not be eligible for any commission.

  • Payouts will be made weekly for all valid delivered orders from the previous week.

Fraud & Misuse Policy

To maintain transparency and fairness, the following rules will be strictly enforced:

  • Commission will not be paid for:

    • Fake or self-placed orders.

    • Orders with duplicate referral entries.

    • Orders flagged for suspicious behavior.

  • If any individual is found attempting to misuse the system or submit false orders, they will be permanently blocked from the referral program. Strict legal or digital action may also be taken.

  • Only one referral ID is allowed per person. Multiple referrals on the same order will result in automatic disqualification.

  • Our team, with the help of referral tracking tools and manual monitoring, will review each referral. Any suspicious activity will lead to immediate suspension.

Payment Methods

  • Commissions will be transferred through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, based on your submitted preference during registration.

  • Payouts will be processed once every week for all confirmed and delivered orders from the previous week.

  • The payout day may vary depending on internal processing.

Order Handling Guidelines for Referrers

To ensure a smooth customer experience and minimize returns:

  • Collect advance payment or at least 50% upfront from customers where possible.

    • If you collect advance payment, you must also pay us in advance. We will then ship the parcel with Rs. 0 COD.

    • If no advance payment is collected from the customer, we will ship the parcel with full COD.

  • For bulk orders (more than 5 items per customer), advance payment is mandatory.

  • Before confirming any order, check with our team for stock availability (article, size, and color).

Mandatory Customer Details

When submitting a customer's order, always collect and send the following:

  • Full Name

  • Active Contact Number

  • Complete Address:

    • House Number

    • Street/Lane/Road

    • Block/Sector/Phase

    • Nearest Landmark

  • Article Name

  • Size & Color

  • Delivery Time: Always inform the customer of an estimated 3–5 working days for delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Our Exchange Policy is 7 days, applicable only for eligible products.

  • You are responsible for explaining this policy to your customer in advance.

  • You can review the full policy on our website or request a copy from our team.

Joining the Referral Program

  • To participate, please submit the Referral Registration Form.

  • Our team will review your application and send you a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email within 3 working days.

  • Once approved, you will receive your unique Referral ID.
    This ID must be included with every order you refer so we can properly track and credit your commissions.
