Exchange Policy – Rang Sitaray
At Rang Sitaray, we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we provide an easy exchange process to ensure you receive the right product. Please read the guidelines carefully before making an exchange request.
Exchange Guidelines
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Only exchange requests are accepted.
- Exchange Window: You can exchange your purchase within 7 days with the original sales receipt and original Rang Sitaray packaging.
- Item Condition: Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags intact.

Exchange Process:
- Contact us via email at rangsitaray@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 370 5925271 (12 PM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).
- Customers must return the merchandise via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
- There will be a Rs.100 charge for exchange parcel delivery.
Important Notes
- Discounted/Sale Items: Products purchased during promotions or sales cannot be exchanged.
- Price Adjustments: If the price is reduced due to a sale, exchanges will be processed at the new discounted price.
- Damaged Merchandise: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Processing Time: Exchanges and claims may take up to 1 weeks to be processed.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If your requested exchange item is out of stock, our customer support team will contact you.

Repack Merchandise
Ensure the item(s) and courier invoice are included in the return shipment. -
Ship to Us
Send the merchandise via traceable courier and make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking details.
